24-7 Employment Solutions has been established since 2010 and the director of the business has been supplying to the industrial sector for over 10 years.

24-7 Employment Solutions is privately owned and a well-established employment business that has experienced consistent growth throughout the South East area.

We tailor our recruitment services and packages to each customer. We can supply staff on an ad-hoc basis through to supplying and managing a whole workforce with an on-site presence and anything in between.


24-7 Employment Solutions can help you find the right person for the job by conducting background checks, full referencing, right to work in the UK and if required CRB checks to ensure that the best candidate is placed.


We have a 24 hour phone line which is always manned by someone who understands your account. In addition, you will have access to the dedicated account manager’s number and director’s number, which are all available 24 hours / 7 days a week.


We appoint experienced members of our team to each large client. The structure of this would include:

Accountant Manager: Dealing with the daily bookings and confirmations, managing the candidate interviewing and vetting processes to suit the business and overall responsibility for the account.

Site Co-ordinator / Administrator: This involves a representative being present on site daily, responsible for staff inductions, managing any issues from the on-site supervisors, dealing with daily time-sheets and working closely with the 24-7 team.

Lead Temp: Appointed to every 10+ staff. Responsible for any queries for their staff and addressing the appropriate member of the 24-7 team to deal with this if necessary.

Accounts: Responsible for invoicing, Client TOB’s, weekly payments and any payroll queries.

This structure shows an outline of how we manage our larger clients. With specific members of our team being appointed to these areas, it allows everyone to know who they need to speak to with their queries, and who is best placed to provide the information they require as quickly as possible.


24-7 Employment Solutions can provide an on-site Account Manager. Their role would be to ensure the smooth running of the account and co-ordinate all shifts. They will liaise directly with all shift managers and will be responsible for the day to day running of the account.


24-7 Employment Solutions supplies all personal protective equipment that is required on your site for all candidates supplied. This can include safety boots, hi-vis, overalls, hard hats; ID badges etc. We will also be responsible for all on-site inductions.
