JULIAN WILLIAMS-DALSON – HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Julian has over 35 years’ experience working in the manufacturing centre in director / senior roles. Julian’s role within 24-7 is management of policies and processes towards a continuous improvement programme and introduction and implementation of operational excellence.
RIJU ADHIKARI FCCA – PAYROLL / FINANCE
Riju is a qualified accountant and worked in the accounting and finance industry for many years. He is a chartered, certified accountant practicing in the UK since 2009. He undertakes all elements of payroll, invoicing and management accounting for the company. He also undertakes financial planning and budgeting for the company. He is the key contact to liaise with HMRC, DWP, ONS, GLA, Pension Regulator and other statutory and government bodies.
NIKITA TURK – HR ANALYSER
Nikita started in the recruitment industry in 2007 working within the construction sector. After working in insurance she then started with the industrial sector in 2012. Nikita services all clients, manages admin, compliance and oversees HR for the company.
BECCA WOOD – SENIOR PAYROLL AND COMPLIANCE ADMIN
Becca joined the company in 2017. Becca has a background in recruitment and payroll. She worked for 2 years specifically covering all elements of payroll and prior to this resourced candidates for industrial roles. Becca oversees payroll for 24-7 and general compliance for the company.
JASMINE SALES – OFFICE ADMIN SUPPORT
Jazz joined us in 2018 with a background within customer service and admin. She is responsible for our reception area, candidate compliance, resourcing and our social media accounts!
DILYAN DIMITROV – SHIFT CO-ORDINATOR
Dilyan has joined the 24-7 team in 2018. With a strong background in the industrial sector, Dilyan is based in our Tunbridge Wells branch working closely with candidates and placing them into suitable positions.
IVAN ANDONOV – SHIFT CO-ORDINATOR
Ivan is our newest member to the team. Ivan has worked for our agency as temporary worker for years, and has now progressed up to join the team and help manage candidates and bookings for clients!
JUSTINE BRUCE – OFFICE MANAGER
Justine has been working within the recruitment industry for circa 20 years in various roles. Justine started with us in 2011 as a branch administrator managing all admin for the office and now oversees the day to day running of our Gravesend Branch.
ANDY MEHMED – SHIFT COORDINATOR
Andy has been working within industrial recruitment since 2011, he speaks various languages and manages our large workforce. Part of his role is on site with clients each morning, managing the on-site coordinators, dealing with any candidate issues and meeting client expectations. Andy is calm under pressure and enjoys the variety every day brings
VAIVA TAUTVAUSAITE – SHIFT CO-ORDINATOR
Joining our Gravesend branch in September 2019, Vaiva works closely with Andy helping with Co-Ordinating staff and general administration. Vaiva came to the UK in 2012 working as a Quality Controller so understands both sides when carrying out her role. Vaiva loves the difference each day can bring to her role!
